Delta-T Group Phoenix, Inc. is seeking Teacher's Assistants in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role is an independent contractor position starting at $16–$18 per hour, with a $100 signing incentive after 100 hours.

Responsibilities include bus support, escorting students during meals, transporting wheelchair-bound students, and assisting with lifting under supervision. Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and AZ fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy when supporting students with special needs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• AZ Fingerprint clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist students as they board and exit school bus.
• Escort students to and from the cafeteria and supervise meals.
• Transport wheelchair-bound students to nursing procedures.
• Lift students with a colleague's help using adaptive chairs and mats.
