Rochester Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking qualified teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions include full-time and part-time roles with a salary range that varies by education level and licensed teaching experience.

SALARY RANGE: $52,463 - $96,111 annually (prorated based upon hire date) Based on level of education and full years of licensed teaching experience.
Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required: Grade K-12, Autism Spectrum Disorders or Academic Behavior Strategist.
RPS makes an effort to hire teachers with a full standard license in the assigned subject and/or grade level.
Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable.
Demonstrates continued professional development through coursework, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development.
Working knowledge of the subject matter, classroom management techniques, current researched best practices and strategies, and students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
