Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up daily seat work and learning center.
• Use various approaches for individual or small group learning.
• Assist students with disabilities and implement IEP objectives.

Skills

Ability to follow written directions

Experience working with children

Certification in CPR and First Aid

Effective communication with students and staff

Ability to lift and assist children

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate

Completed two years of study at an institution of higher education (for Title I)

Obtained an Associate Degree or higher (for Title I)
