Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend work on a prompt and regular basis.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Assist classroom teacher with educational activities.
• Follow behavior plans for individual students.
• Maintain daily student behavior logs.
• Assist with IEP implementation and monitoring.
• Prepare instructional materials and equipment.
• Perform personal care duties for students with disabilities as needed.
• Supervise students during bus loading/unloading and in various areas.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly instructional environment.
• Support school-wide and classroom behavior management strategies.
• Listen to students read and assist with assignments.
• Organize daily student work folders.
• Prepare attendance cards and reports.
