Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of student IEPs and organize instructional materials.
• Implement Behavior Implementation Plan (BIP) and assist with personal care as needed.
• Support crisis de-escalation and training, including safe strategies when appropriate.
• Support alternate communication devices and ensure access across settings.
• Maintain student documentation and progress monitoring.
