Qualifications

• Paraprofessional role in TLC program requiring CPI training in the first year.
• High school diploma or equivalent with Associate's degree or higher, or 48 credit hours, or MA Paraprofessional assessment.
• Ability to use or learn appropriate technology.
• Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.

• Assist students individually, in small groups, or in large groups using various strategies to present or reinforce learning.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Support classroom routines and behavior management within a Therapeutic Learning Community.
