Job summary

Leadership Prep School is seeking a Special Ed Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year at the Frisco campus. You will help meet the physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities under the supervision of a certified teacher.

Responsibilities include implementing IEPs, assisting with self-help, behavior management, and daily activities inside and outside the classroom, plus supporting lunch, bus, and playground duties.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with disabilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical needs and personal care as directed.
• Support with behavior management and crisis intervention.
• Adapt instructional methods to individual student needs.
• Work with small groups to develop motor skills and routines.
• Assist students during lunch, bus, and playground.
