Qualifications

• Familiar with IDEA and IEP development.
• Knowledge of California SPED compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• School-based special education experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor IEP goals and services.
• Provide differentiated instruction aligned to goals.
• Maintain accurate progress and documentation.
• Collaborate with general ed teachers and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies.
• Support student independence and social-emotional growth.
