Responsibilities

• Provide independent reference service to patrons accessing Special Collections materials.
• Process and describe manuscript collections for finding aids and inventories.
• Enter finding aids into ArchivesSpace and coordinate with Cataloging.
• Maintain security and proper handling of rare holdings in Closed Stacks and Reading Room.
• Assist with preservation and retrieval tasks to support researchers.
