Job Description:
The GDIT is hiring a Special Assistant (SA) to support The Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP). The SA will support the OTIP Director and Deputy Director, coordinate administrative tasks, manage workflows, and oversee GDIT contractors on the team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing briefing materials, maintaining SharePoint and Teams, supporting meetings, analyzing data, processing travel and expense reports, and participating in special projects. The SA will also supervise staff, monitor performance, and serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders. The position is based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work on an ad hoc basis.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Qualifications: 6-7 years of related experience, supervisory experience preferred, strong organizational, communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Requires a Public Trust clearance.
