Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in financial services governance, controls or risk management.
• Experience as a Risk Policy Officer or Controls Specialist is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, portfolio strategy, and policy development/oversight.

Responsibilities

• Policy governance for PRRM to maintain portfolio health and adherence to policies.
• Generate portfolio analytics to support monitoring, policy adjustments, and sound credit decision-making.
• Review SA processes to determine key controls, establish evidence documentation, and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Proactively identify, track, and coordinate resolution of issues owned within SA, establishing robust remediation paths.
