Job description

Project Overview:

Our client is building an Agents Factory using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry to develop advanced autonomous, retrieval, and action-based AI agents. The objective is to create a global system of Copilot agents integrated across low-code and pro-code platforms.

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Automate Developer with a strong foundation in Copilot Agents, AI integration, and Microsoft Power Platform tools to support this initiative.

Responsibilities and assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage complex Power Automate cloud flows using premium licenses.
• Develop and integrate Copilot Agents (via Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry) aligned with use cases in both Low-Code and Pro-Dev environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
• Support AI-driven workflows and AI Builder integrations within Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Contribute to the architecture and deployment of agentic systems in Microsoft’s Copilot ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing support for Power Automate queries and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Requirements and qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Power Automate and AI Builder.
• Knowledge of AI-driven Power Apps and integration of AI modules into cloud flows.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio: Please indicate how many bots you have built and the sources/design approaches used.
• Experience in data analysis, AI model development, and machine learning integration.
• Understanding of Copilot Agent categories, agentic systems, and how they apply across different business scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideally within O365 ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills: able to clearly explain complex systems and bot logic.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in a factory-style agent development environment.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and advanced Copilot Studio customization.

Additional Notes:

• This role is not focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation), but close collaboration with RPA teams may be required.
• Emphasis is on cloud-based flows, AI integration, and agent development using Microsoft tools.
