Job summary

Grinders is seeking a Spec Cook (Part Time) in Minerva, OH. No experience required—we will train you to read and follow recipes, measure ingredients, and prepare housemade menu items while maintaining food safety standards.

You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen, learn the menu after training, and contribute to a friendly, family-owned team with holiday bonuses and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and follow standardized recipes.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare housemade menu items such as soups, desserts, dinners, etc.
• Knowledge of menu items after training and how to prepare them.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation; follow food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and close the assigned station, stock and clean area.
• Prepare and assemble menu items as trained (soups, desserts, dinners).
• Assist with kitchen prep and maintain quality standards.
• Support other staff and work as part of the team.
