Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

• Ability to read and follow standardized recipes.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare housemade menu items such as soups, desserts, dinners, etc.
• Prepare and have working knowledge of menu items offered on menu after training.
• Learn and know kitchen preparations and food safety in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Set up, close, stock, and clean assigned areas.
• Perform all job tasks assigned by management.
• Be a team player and support other staff in their duties.
