We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Speaker Procurement and Outreach Specialist (Talent Booker) to lead executive talent procurement and speaker management for a global technology leader’s enterprise digital events program.

This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and shepherding speakers—from Adobe’s own executives to Fortune 500 clients—for high-profile webinars and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience navigating complex enterprise relationships, coaching high-visibility speakers, and managing multiple stakeholders across content, product, marketing, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Speaker Identification & Management

  • Proactively source and assess potential speakers from internal Adobe business units (including product, marketing, and executive leadership), customer organizations, and industry thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with content strategists to ensure speaker topics and formats align with broader messaging goals and thematic tracks.
  • Own all speaker logistics from initial outreach to confirmation, including briefing calls, tech preps, deliverable management, and scheduling.
  • Coach speakers for digital delivery—including slide best practices, camera presence, delivery timing, and audience interactivity tools.
  • Curate and maintain an active pipeline of speaker leads, and ensure alignment with strategic campaign goals, brand voice, and event KPIs.
  • Partner with customer marketing and business development teams to secure client speakers, ensuring coordination with ongoing customer relationships.
  • Act as a white-glove liaison for high-profile speakers, providing a best-in-class experience throughout their event journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic partner across departments, ensuring alignment on audience strategy, creative, and speaker selection.
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership on program milestones, speaker risks, and contingency plans.
  • Build strong relationships with regional teams to localize or extend event programming globally.
  • Collaborate with Adobe’s product, partner, and sales teams to surface and secure enterprise client speakers whose stories reflect product impact and business value.
  • Track cross-functional input from stakeholder teams to ensure speaker sessions meet business, brand, and customer advocacy goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, book, and coach executive-level and industry speakers
  • Proven experience working in enterprise-level B2B environments with customer-facing programs. (5+ years of experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for high-stakes or C-level communications. (5+ years of experience)
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders and overlapping timelines. (5+ years of experience)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on detail, quality, and deadlines.(5+ years of experience)
  • Qualified to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with business development, customer success, or account teams to recruit speakers. (5+ years of experience)
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and how customer storytelling supports strategic marketing. (5+ years of experience)
  • Proficiency in at one of the following project management/collaboration tools: Workfront, Airtable, Wrike, or Sharepoint. (5+ years of experience)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products or digital content development (not required but a strong plus). (5+ years of experience)

Salary: $50/hour up to 40 hours a week
