River City Casino & Hotel in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Mixologist to craft cocktails and beverage experiences. The role requires a minimum of one year of bartending experience, a valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain one), and excellent guest service skills.

Day-to-day duties include cocktails, recommendations, and POS-driven orders. The position offers a starting pay of $12 per hour plus tips, with shift stability and opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Develop and recommend specialty cocktails and beverage offerings.
• Provide outstanding guest service and beverage recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, mixers and trends.
• Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking.
• Follow company policies on safety, sanitation, and cash handling.
