Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate liquor, juices, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, glasses, and cutlery
• Verify guests’ legal drinking age
• Prepare drinks per standards and guest preferences
• Present bills and process payments
• Engage and ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor for overconsumption and take necessary actions
• Secure beverage, food, and equipment, and handle cash deposits
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
