Job summary

A renowned educational institution in Seattle is seeking a Computational Biologist to work on advanced methodologies in spatial transcriptomics and proteomics. The position involves data processing, spatial analysis, and automation using modern tools. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field alongside experience with Python and NGS processing. This is a full-time role with an annual salary range of $65,004 to $70,008 and eligibility for H-1B sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in computational biology/bioinformatics.
• Experience with data processing and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with spatial transcriptomics and proteomics.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end data processing including QC and alignment.
• Build and validate spatial barcode maps.
• Perform downstream single-cell and spatial analysis.
• Maintain analysis environments and documentation.
