Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Co-Op in Spatial Biology for the Oncology Research - Oncology Pharmacology and Disease Modeling team at our Ridgefield, CT facility. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a graduate or PhD student in good standing.
• Experience with spatial biology or spatial omics preferred.
• Strong programming in R or Python required.

Responsibilities

• Perform spatial biology experiments with human/mouse tissues and QC.
• Analyze spatial transcriptomic and imaging datasets with QC and annotation.
• Collaborate with scientists across biology, pathology, and computational sciences.
• Integrate spatial RNA, protein imaging, and histopathology data.
• Communicate results to computational and experimental teams.
