Job summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Product Manager – Tissue Biology Antibodies to define and execute the antibody portfolio strategy for multiplex immunofluorescence and spatial biology workflows. You will own how antibodies enable high-plex tissue imaging and drive adoption across panels and formats, partnering with R&D and platform teams to ensure spatial-ready, panel-compatible solutions.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management and is on-site in Minneapolis, MN; relocation support
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- PhD or MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in life science reagents or consumables is essential.
- Direct experience in research antibodies, spatial biology, imaging, IF, or proteomics workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into differentiated product solutions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical capability, including use of data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Own Spatial Biology antibody portfolio strategy across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
- Define requirements and validation standards for antibodies to be compatible with multiplex and spatial workflows.
- Lead portfolio prioritization, recombinant conversion targeting, and lifecycle management decisions.
- Partner with R&D to define antibody NPI priorities and embed antibodies into validated panels and workflows.
- Drive GTM strategy, pricing, value positioning, and promotional priorities for Spatial Biology antibodies.
- Track KPIs for portfolio performance and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
