Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive operations, manufacturing, site leadership, production management, or industrial leadership experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for daily execution, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, or operations leadership certifications are preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations in Spartanburg, ensuring safe, high-quality, efficient execution across functions.
• Build operating rhythms, staffing plans, shift handoffs, and escalation for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and safety teams.
• Monitor metrics, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions on safety, quality, delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement with root-cause analysis and standard work.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development while ensuring accountability.
