Job summary

Google is seeking a Spares Program Manager to lead supply chain sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier engagement for data center spares. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple offices, manage risk, and drive end-to-end sourcing strategies in a dynamic environment.

You will influence pricing, contracts, and supplier performance while delivering on time with quality. This role sits within the Spares Supply Chain team of Data Centers Central Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in sourcing, including commercial negotiations and supplier management.
• Experience working with electrical and mechanical commodities in the data center industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities with a spares focus.
• Negotiate and manage master supply agreements and contracts to secure supply and cost governance.
• Drive supplier relationship management with regular operational and business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align spares strategies with technical requirements.
• Navigate product life cycles and end-of-life transitions with suppliers.
