Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in sourcing, including commercial negotiations and supplier management.
• Experience working with electrical and mechanical commodities in the data center industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement new processes centered around sourcing, procurement, PO fulfillment, and supplier engagement with a spares lens.
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities aligned with requirements and business objectives.
• Negotiate and manage master supply agreements, statements of work, and other critical contracts to secure supply and control cost.
• Drive supplier relationship management with regular reviews to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Manage product life cycles with suppliers through changes, updates, and end-of-life transitions.
