Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP, IBP, Baxter/Prophet) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own spares planning strategy and execution for assigned product families across lifecycle stages.
• Develop and optimize spares plans to meet Fill Rate targets and customer service levels.
• Monitor performance metrics like Fill Rate and inventory levels and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, PSO, Supply) to align demand plans.
