Job summary

ElringKlinger AG is seeking a warehouse/inventory clerk in Easley, SC to manage spare parts storage and ensure accurate booking of parts in and out. The role involves organizing storage locations, requesting new part numbers per CU process, and handling purchase requisitions.

The position also covers annual inventory counts, verifying deliveries, and assisting maintenance and CU teams with spare parts. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the department.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring spare parts are correctly booked in and out of the spare parts storage
• Organizing the spare parts storage (assigning storage locations, grouping similar spare parts together)
• If required, requesting new spare part numbers in line with the CU process
• Creating purchase requisitions for parts below safety stock
• Carrying out an annual inventory count
• Checking deliveries of parts (e.g. that the parts and quantity are correct)
• Assisting maintenance employees with searching for and selecting spare parts
• Assisting the CU with any matters relating to spare parts (e.g. eliminating duplicates)
• Other duties, as assigned
