Job summary

ElringKlinger AG is seeking a part- and inventory-focused role within its global manufacturing network. The position centers on accurate booking of spare parts in and out of storage, organizing locations, and supporting procurement activities to maintain stock levels.

You will work with maintenance teams to locate parts, verify deliveries, and participate in annual inventory counts. This role offers exposure to a multinational environment and opportunities to contribute to supply chain

Responsibilities

• Ensuring spare parts are correctly booked in and out of the spare parts storage
• Organizing the spare parts storage (assigning storage locations, grouping similar spare parts together)
• If required, requesting new spare part numbers in line with the CU process
• Creating purchase requisitions for parts below safety stock
• Carrying out an annual inventory count
• Checking deliveries of parts (e.g. that the parts and quantity are correct)
• Assisting maintenance employees with searching for and selecting spare parts
• Assisting the CU with any matters relating to spare parts (e.g. eliminating duplicates)
• Other duties, as assigned
