San Francisco University High School is seeking a Director of Sports Performance & Wellness to lead the new Sports Performance & Recovery Center (SPARC). This role involves building a comprehensive wellness program serving the entire school community, collaborating with coaches and faculty to enhance athletic performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field and a CSCS/CSCCa certification. The position offers a salary range of $90,000-$105,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing sports performance programs.
• CSCS (NSCA) or CSCCa certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a comprehensive sports performance program for the school community.
• Design age-appropriate strength and injury prevention programs.
• Oversee daily operation of the Sports Performance & Recovery Center.
