Qualifications

• Familiarity with current teaching methods and pedagogy.
• Knowledge of elementary curriculum concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and inform action plans.
• Understanding of education laws affecting students.
• Proficient with school computer networks and software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers World Language curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Creates a safe, engaging classroom for individual and small-group instruction.
• Plans lessons and translates them into effective learning experiences.
• Assesses student progress and adapts instruction for diverse needs.
• Promotes parental involvement and communicates progress to families.
• Participates in professional development and school committees.
• Keeps accurate records of grades, attendance and reports.
• Supports student behavior and conducts standardized testing as required.
