KGNS-TV is seeking a dynamic weekend producer for our Spanish-language evening weekend newscasts. The role includes co-producing the weekend edition, reporting three days per week, and serving as a multimedia journalist to craft stories, edit video, and coordinate live shots. The candidate must write clearly under time constraints, maintain current events knowledge, and contribute enterprise story ideas daily. The position requires a journalism degree and fluency in Spanish.

Formación

• Requires a college degree in journalism or related field.
• Speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Ability to write clearly and grammatically under deadline pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize, organize, and produce weekend newscasts following brand and goals.
• Write clearly and concisely for stories and copy.
• Develop enterprise local hard-news ideas for daily content.
• Coordinate live shots with directors and production staff.
• Post stories and videos to the station's digital platforms.
