Qualifications

• Qualifications: Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education – SEI Endorsement Required.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Planning: design units with measurable outcomes and challenging tasks; differentiate instruction; align with state standards/local curricula.
• Assessment: design and analyze assessments; monitor student progress and adjust interventions.
• Analysis: analyze data to improve student learning; share findings with colleagues and involve families.
• Instruction: maintain high expectations; use engaging instructional practices and appropriate scaffolds.
• Learning Environment: establish a safe, inclusive environment; foster collaboration and communication.
