Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings for children with autism. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent (a BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field is a plus), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience preferred working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
