Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensed to work in the United States. The role requires an active RBT certification and fluency in English and Spanish. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow BCBA-created plans, and help collect client progress data in various settings.

Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Carry On Therapy is hiring Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. Our team values collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow.

This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician certification and are fluent in both English and Spanish. Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.
• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

• Already hold an active RBT certification
• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
