Majestic Care ABA is new to the area and looking to grow our team! We are seeking dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join us.

Qualifications
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience working directly with children in a behavioral setting preferred but not necessary.
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged; training provided if not currently registered.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills desired, with willingness to improve.
  • Ability to accept assignment of location or client as required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Job Responsibilities
  • Treat clients with respect and dignity.
  • Engage clients appropriately during sessions.
  • Act as a role model for clients and caregivers.
  • Be reliable and consistent, providing services on scheduled days, and notify BCBA of any discrepancies or cancellations.
  • Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers.
  • Work under supervision of a BCBA weekly, providing feedback on progress.
  • Meet regularly with supervisor to discuss progress and data analysis.
  • Take daily notes during sessions using the provided devices.
  • Ensure parent signatures on session notes for in-home therapy.
  • Use company-provided devices for data collection and notes.
  • Maintain organized toys and materials.
  • Not responsible for other children in the household.
Additional Notes
  • Implement ABA techniques such as reinforcement, shaping, chaining, and prompting.
  • Follow treatment plans and programming objectives.
