Able Minds ABA, a privately owned agency delivering ABA therapy in Annapolis, MD, seeks a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with autism. The role involves 1:1 therapy in-home or in-school under BCBA plans, data collection, and maintaining a safe, positive session environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, Spanish-speaking ability, and RBT certification or willingness to obtain it; travel locally and background

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required; ability to communicate with families in Spanish.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school per BCBA plans.
• Collect and document data on client progress with families and team.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention plans to help clients reach goals.
