Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Spanish speaking Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in Woodbine, MD. We offer a supportive environment that fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success under BCBA supervision.

As an RBT/BT, you will conduct therapy sessions with children and adolescents, collect data, and help implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents in a fun and engaging environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and development.
• Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and parents to ensure seamless communication and consistency.
• Provide assistance and support to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills.
