Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in New York seeks a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our passionate, parent-founded and clinician-led team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-community, implementing plans designed by a BCBA.

We offer flexible schedules, career growth opportunities, paid training, and supervision; pay ranges from $22 to $32 per hour. A High School diploma is required; ABA experience is a plus, and you must pass a background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
