Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one support sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to support progress.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training to stay current in ABA practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards.
