In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and helping clients make the most of their experience on our platform. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers via various channels, including email and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide guidance on how to navigate the online platform and troubleshoot common problems.
  • Document customer interactions in the system for tracking and analysis purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and escalate complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product features and best practices through ongoing training.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
