Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated, full-time Spanish-speaking Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Massachusetts. You will help students enhance daily living skills and independence within the school environment, following IEP guidelines.

Join a woman-SLP-owned practice that values manageable caseloads and supportive collaboration with teachers and families. Licensure in MA and a Master's in OT are required, with prior school experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with students, families and staff.
• Master's degree in OT and MA licensure are required.
• Experience in school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' success.
