Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Massachusetts OT license or certification is required.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with educators and parents essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' success.
• Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Monitor and report on student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
