Job summary

You will collaborate with center leaders to coach staff and ensure an outstanding client experience across all interactions and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish.
• Experience with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication with the ability to influence clients.
• Excellent customer service and end-to-end client care.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities
