Job summary

Centerstone seeks a Family Support Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish/English) to deliver in-home visitation across Putnam County, Cookeville, and surrounding areas. You will link families to services, strengthen parent-child relationships, and support healthy development through evidence-based activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and at least two years of relevant experience; bilingual proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Two years of professional experience with youth and families preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with 3+ years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home visitation to enrolled families and link/referral to supportive services.
• Build trusting relationships and support family functioning.
• Administer screening tools (ASQ, ASQ-SE, depression screens) and GGK/HFA activities.
• Develop and monitor Family Service Plans, set goals, and track progress.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; maintain accurate records.
