Job summary

Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices seeks a compassionate Spanish-speaking Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support children with ASD in Brooklyn or Queens, NY. The role focuses on one-on-one assistance in school and community programs.

The DSP will help with daily living skills, implement behavioral supports, and coordinate with families and staff to ensure smooth daily transitions and progress tracking.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD in school and community programs.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal cares as needed.

• Communicate with children, staff, and families for smooth transitions between home and school.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve knowledge and skills.
