Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with troubleshooting issues and questions regarding the apps
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex user issues
  • Provide users with information on app features and best practices
  • Gather and relay user feedback to improve our services
  • Stay updated on social networking trends and app features to provide informed support
  • You must already reside or live in Greece.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or social media sector
