Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Educate clients on best practices for using mobile banking securely and effectively
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and improvements
