Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Data Analytics division! In this Entry Level role, you will provide vital support to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate and maximize the use of our data analytics solutions. Your expertise in customer service combined with your understanding of data analytics will empower our clients to make informed decisions based on the insights we provide.

You will be the main point of contact for our customers, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. If you are passionate about technology and analytics, along with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries and issues related to data analytics services via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide thorough explanations of our products, features, and best practices
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and convey customer needs
  • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction
  • You should be living in Greece.
