Mercier Consultancy is proud to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Automotive Road Assistance Department! In this crucial Entry Level role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with essential support and assistance for their automotive road assistance needs. Your communication skills and empathy will be key in helping customers during their time of need.

Responsibilities
  • You must already live in Greece.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with road assistance requests, including breakdowns and emergencies
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our management system
  • Coordinate with towing services and roadside assistance providers
  • Provide accurate information about services and response times
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery
  • Participate in training to stay updated on company procedures and services
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, ideally within the automotive or logistics sectors
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple inquiries
