Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our Imperial Department. In this vital position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to our Spanish-speaking clientele, ensuring their experience with our services is smooth and satisfying.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to facilitate effective communication, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our offerings within the Imperial Department. You will be a crucial part of our team, helping to build strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
