Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Shopping Platforms Department for one of our clients. In this essential entry level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their online shopping experiences.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you guide clients through our online platforms, help them with product inquiries, order processing, and address any issues they may encounter. You will be a key contributor in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding our online shopping platforms
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, and returns
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order resolution
