Job summary

Savannah Toyota is launching Savannah Toyota en Español, a new initiative to offer the same high-quality experience to Spanish-speaking guests from first contact to ownership. This role focuses on building the program from the ground up rather than traditional sales or translation.

You'll lead community outreach, recruit bilingual associates, and work with marketing to produce authentic Spanish content that highlights local people and causes while strengthening trust across Savannah's

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong community outreach experience or interest in building a program.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media, digital communication, and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the Spanish-speaking customer experience across the dealership.
• Identify language and communication barriers and develop long-term solutions.
• Build relationships throughout Savannah's Spanish-speaking community and identify ways to engage with local organizations.
• Help recruit and develop bilingual associates across the dealership.
• Work with Social Media Specialist and marketing to create authentic Spanish-language content.
• Listen to customers and community, measure progress, and improve Savannah Toyota en Español.
